1. What kind of T-shirts do you make?
We create custom T-shirts for all ages, occasions, and styles — from birthdays and reunions to business branding and streetwear. We also feature two signature lines:

2. How do I place a custom order?
Easy! Just go to our [Order Page] and fill in your details:
Shirt color
Size
Upload your artwork
Any custom text or instructions
Once submitted, we’ll get started right away!
3. How much do custom T-shirts cost?
Custom tees start at $20 for front-only designs.
Additional customization (back print, sleeve designs, extra colors, etc.) may add to the cost. We’ll confirm final pricing before printing.
4. How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders are ready within 3–5 business days. Rush service is available for an additional fee. You’ll be notified when your shirts are ready for pickup or shipping.
5. Do you ship orders?
Yes! We ship nationwide. Shipping fees apply and vary based on your location and order size. You can also choose local pickup at checkout.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

💵 Pay at Pickup
📨 Invoice Payment (great for bulk orders)
Note: For large orders, a 50% deposit may be required upfront.
7. Can I see the design before it’s printed?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a digital mockup for approval before we start pressing. No surprises—just satisfaction.
8. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer discounted pricing for bulk and group orders. Contact us for a custom quote.
9. Do you only serve Black-owned brands or plus-size customers?
Nope—we serve everyone, but we celebrate Black culture, body positivity, and individuality through our featured lines. Bossed Up is for ANYONE who wants to stand out.
